I think everybody that was a little kid in the 90s loved Doug. It was the first Nick Toon made(a special cartoon made by Nick). It's about a 5th grader named Doug Funny who lives in Bluffington. His best friend is Skeeter a green guy, who I always thought was supposed to portray a black person. Much of the show revolves around Doug's crush Patty Mayonnaise. The show deals with the usual issues of bullies, love, friendship and family.
A second version of Doug came out in the mid 90s called "Brand Spankin New Doug". It was created by Disney. There were mixed feelings about this version because they made changes to the original.
I loved and still love this show. The original show a bit more risque in storyline. Which Doug was better the original or the newer one?
This clip is definitely is a tape over of Doug. Thought is was hilarious. NOT THE REAL EPISODE.

I was a HUGE fan of Doug as a kid and have watched nearly every episode! However, it took me a very long time to realize that everyone in the Doug stories have really creative skin colors except for Doug and Patti.
I also thought it was amusing that his closet has about ten sets of the same set of clothing. :)
